I crashed a thread, sorry...

I think I crashed this thread: http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/490685/do-you-want-the-old-forum-again

 

I found out that adding a tag also adds an Amazon link box. Add 2 tags, get 2 amazon links. Add many hundreds of tags *cough*...

 

Yeah, well someone should do something about that. Accident waiting to happen.

I looked at the forum history. I see nothing but "add tag by evilking"....  LOL What happened?

 

Edit: I posted http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/490806/memory-allocation-error to the bug forum about the same time as you started this thread.

Must be some kind of virus. I should run a scan.

Don't worry, you didn't break it, I did, when I posted just now.  I've started a thread with the errors in the feedback/bug forum so the relevant people know.

It's good to own upto your mistakes. What did you do to invoke such a catastrophe? Obviously don't post it here, wouldn't want your cursed keyboard to strike again. Just describe it.

Thanks for putting this bug on our radar.  We've deployed a temporary fix that limits the impact of this issue.

 

But really, man, did you have to sit there and keep adding tags for a whole hour?  We would have gotten the message loud and clear even if you'd stopped after the first 10 minutes
