What happened to "USER CP"???

As with all other forums I participate in, Head-Fi used to have its "USER CP" button, which presented the list of any of my subscribed threads at the top if any of those threads had recent activity that I had not yet read.

Also, The "USER CP" screen showed a second section which had the list of all Forums I'd subscribed to, so that I could easily go to just those forums and browse.

Where is the "USER CP" button or entry point now?  I can't seem to find it.

Also, in passing I mention that I do wish the font size for everything was MUCH LARGER... like it used to be.  I can barely read this text as I type it, and it's simply too small to read posts that use this same MICROSCOPIC font size.  Who made the decision to present text as micro-characters, AND WHY???

The default font style and size previously presented with the old forum software was gorgeous.  I have to say that the new font style and size is really a step way backward in time and appearance.  I don't like it at all.

Well, things look like they're changing as we go along.  In fact, now that I'm looking at this thread's replies, sure enough it is larger than the font of the text that is in the composition window (that I am typing right now) which is very very small.

That very tiny font also appears, for example, if you get into "edit subscriptions" (which isn't even something I saw earlier, and yet now it is present).  Again very very very very very tiny font.

Again... what happened to the standard "USER CP" to show all of my subscriptions, both thread (new unread posts) as well as forums.  What happened to "forum subscriptions", so that you had your own subset of every forum available?

Anyway, I'm sure it'll just take some getting used to.  For the moment I'm not at all comfortable with the new presentation.

I am absolutely confused by the whole mechanism for Private Messages in the new forum.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to see EVERYTHING I have sent, and EVERYTHING I have received... segregated, and separate.  This is truly a terrible terrible implementation of PM.  Worst I've seen on any forum.

I am trying to get started by clicking on the "All Message" link at the bottom of the "Messages" section on the right side of the home page.  When I do that, I am then presented with a page that shows what I'm guessing is private message threads with three tabs... INBOX, SENT, and TRASH.  It looks like the idea here is to collect things by private conversation, which I suppose is nice... but what is the purpose then of the INBOX and SENT tabs???

In the INBOX tab I do not see all messages sent to me.  I see all thread/conversations I have ever participated in.

In the SENT tab, I again see something similar... but different... and I'm not sure what it represents. 

If I click on the "subject" in any of these conversations, I see what appears to be the back-and-forth between me and the other party, in chronological order.  That makes sense, and seems nice.  But I have no way how to actually REPLY directly to any particular message (e.g. say I want to reply a second time to an earlier PM), nor how to perhaps add additional recipients if I wanted to have a conversation with serveral members, etc.

Mostly, I'm puzzled why the Messages section on the right side of the home page shows MY name on a PM conversation, almost suggesting that MY name is the "sender" TO ME!  And the fact that it also is MY name which shows up on the INBOX tab for that thread also suggests I somehow replied to myself... and sent my reply to me and not to the other party in the conversation!  I actually don't know if that happened or not, and if the other party actually got my PM reply or not, because I cannot separate INBOX (i.e. PMs to me) from SENT (i.e. PMs from me) and actually see them separately!!!

Furthermore, and even worse, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to conveniently send a new PM to someone participating in a forum thread and who has a post I'd like to comment privately on directly to the author of that post.  I don't see any PM icon anywhere... something I thing should be at the bottom of every post, just like REPLY, QUOTE, EDIT, etc.  Instead I apparently must click on the user's icon (or other link to that user), and then click on "send private message".  But that's not really what I want to do... I do not want to start a NEW thread of PM.

I simply want to send another reply PM on an existing PM thread, but since the whole presentation of threaded conversations is so ambiguous and confusing (i.e. INBOX is not just "inbound PMs sent to me" and SENT is not just "outbound PMs sent from me") that I still don't know even how to PM someone who I had wanted to reply to to ask if they actually did get my last PM reply!!!

Honestly, this is all what I would have to call terrible.  I don't know why you changed from your previous "standard" forum software to this new kludge, but I personally don't like it, don't feel comfortable using it, feel it to be very non-intuitive and  confusing, and cannot figure out how to use it!  And I'm no rookie at forums.

In passing (one more time)...

I just today joined another online forum (this one concerned with a software product I use), and lo and behold it is powered by the same vBulletin software that Head-Fi used to use.  The old familar (and standard) USER CP, subscribed forums, undertandable and readable/large fonts for everything, intuitive directory of functions shown in an organized and understandable and readable list at the left side of the USER CP page, manageable private messages INBOX/OUTBOX, etc.,etc.

BOY, DO I MISS vBULLETIN FOR HEAD-FI!!!

Sorry guys... this move to Huddler.com is my least favorite thing I've seen online.  Cannot understand what motivated you to pick this new user interface.
