There is a new game in which you wear a wireless head device that is a crude EEG measuring device. Based on the reads from this "headband" it allows you to interact with the game. Focus really hard on any thought and more air is released. Vary your mental focus to get the ball through the obstical course. Literally you are controlling the ball with your mind. Very cool!

 

 

I am thinking about getting one to take apart and make into something else. How about changing the channels with my mind. :D

Seems like a total gimmick to me.  I bet all you have to do is stand close to the hub unit and the fan does all the work.
