Some weeks ago surfing the Web I found the company Violectric (The Lake People). Reading about their products my curiosity got raised and I emailed them asking some question son their amplifiers. Promptly Fried Reim (President of the company) answered.
After several emails addressing a lot of details that Fried graciously answered I took the risk and blindly ordered their middle of the line headphone amplifier the V100.

According to Fried this amplifier not only put out good current to drive low impedance headphones but also is capable of high voltage swings to drive high impedance headphones.
I have lived with the V100 (black faceplate serial number V100153) for 3 weeks and all written in the web about it and what Fried told me is true. All my headphones sound very good with it and in my opinion this the best of my amps (RP010B,Apache and GS-1) driving the T1 and maybe the HD800.
Why am I selling it then? Because I like the sound so much that I want to upgrade to the top of the line V200.
So, this V100 is just 3 weeks old, barley broken-in, obviously in like new condition. No blemishes, dings or anything else it is just exactly in the same shape I received it form Germany.
I paid $770 and will let it got for $675 Paypal and Continental USA shipping included. For buyer outside the USA the shipping cost will be the actual shipping cost minus $15.00 usd.
