I found one. Special thanks to Michael Franks for his generous help finding one. What a great place this can be.

One just listed on audiogon.
I would be tempted if I didn't already have one on order.
This is the original version. There had been a minor update since.

I actually snagged that one at Audiogon.
The new dAck's will use a slightly larger output capacitors using a slightly larger 3.3uF Auricap in the output stage, which will extend the -3dB point down to about 5Hz for 10K input impedance and really only affect bass below 35Hz. He has to go to a slightly larger chassis due to this as well. Plus they are using a different, more espensive charger now that isn't necessarily better but due to the fact they changed the design of the previous charger he was using on him that caused some issues he has to move to this more expensive charger. The orignal chargers, before this change the manufacturer made changes to it, worked fine and the unit I am getting has an original, flawless charger. Whew. So all that said the new dAck's will retail for a whopping $525 now. I would have the option to upgrade to the new caps, larger chassis and new charger (if I wanted) for $85. Not bad, I'm still under the new retail by a good bit.
