What PCB is this?

I bought these PCB's about a year and half ago, but now I cant remember where they are from. Anyone got any clues?

I've seen ones like it on eBay (with copper on only one side) but that doesn't necessarily mean that's where it's from.

Yeah its one of those, about an hour later I posted a reply to my own questions but I think the mods trimmed it off, it is indeed one by zigisg, he's actually a user here.
