bookshelf speaker that punch!!!

i need some suggestions for bookshelf speaker that will punch you right in the face.

i have some klipsch rb51 and they do not punch to my liking, in fact i think the polk may punch harder, but the klipsch tactrix horn does sound devine,   so lets get a list of some good punching bookshelf speakers

passive or active? that will probably get you a better list of options

passive, any suggestions? have u tried RTiA3?

The Paradigm Mini Monitor's really pack a punch last I heard them. They are a little expensive though.
