I purchased an RE0 from Head-Direct less than a month ago on Apr 8th.
It was great at first, but it's not functioning properly anymore in less than a month.
The left ear of the earphone no longer has proper sound.
Rotating the connector sometimes restores the left sound, but isn't guaranteed to work.
I haven't damaged the earphone, it just stopped working one day.
What can I do about this?
It's pretty annoying that an 80 bucks earphone spoilt so quickly.
Return shipping isn't going to be cheap...
