Monster Turbine Pro Gold

Thread Starter
Saw an ad on craiglist of someone selling them for $140 used. I was wondering do they make fake monster turbine pro golds? What can I check for to make sure they are legit. And how would I tell they are in good condition

thanks

I'd be surprised if there were any fakes around just yet, but who knows? To be safe though, I would ask the seller if he bought them from an authorised dealer and if he did, ask him to provide you with the original receipt. You'll need that for the lifetime-warranty replacement.

You can get them new for $199 at one-call. Just do a 'my price' of $175 and they should counter w/ $199. The only way to know if the used golds are in good condition would be to see them and listen to them otherwise its a crapshoot. You dont want a dying or blown driver.
