Senn CX 680

I am looking at getting the Senn/adidas CX 680 next week for my birthday. I am just wanting them for the weight room and running. Does anyone have any experience with these? They are $74 on amazon right now.

Anyone have any other suggestions? They cannot wrap around my head, must stay in and need to resist sweat. Already lost two sets of ipod buds to sweat.

I am running the indy mini half marathon this weekend in case you were wondering how much I run, the answer is alot ....

I've seen some of these in the stores in the last days and I'm curious too to hear opinions. Not shure if they're worth the price for the sound quality. There is a thread about these and PMX680:

I've owned a pair of these for a few months. They are very water resistant and they sound decent. I also own a pair of Sennheiser IE7s and Westone UM2s. I tend to go to the UM2s the most often out of all 3 because I get the best fit/seal/soundl, but they are all solid headphones for the gym.

 

Let me know if you're interested in picking up the pair of CX680s and saving some $$ off Amazon. They are not getting much use from me anyways.
