Not everything here is source components, but the majority are, so I put the thread here. Mods, let me know if I need to split it up or if I need to correct something.

My friend recently came into possession of vintage stereo equipment when her friend passed away. After her friends finished picking and choosing, she asked me to see if I could help sell the rest. I thought I'd let you head-fiers take a look before ebaying. Prefer to deal locally (Berkeley/East Bay area) so you can come check it out if you wish, or shipping conUS is fine too.

All prices negotiable obo. pm with zipcode for shipping. Packages will be shipped from 95125.

Everything comes from a fellow music lover and condition varies from G to VG

I just scribbled down make and model quickly, so if I'm missing info or it doesn't sound correct, let me know and I'll try to find out more.

MOST ITEMS HAVE THE ORIGINAL MANUAL SO I WILL INCLUDE IT IF I HAVE IT. ORIGINAL PACKAGING HAS LONG SINCE DISAPPEARED. FRANKLY, I'M SURPRISED I FOUND THE STASH OF MANUALS.

ok so after replying to a bunch of pms, i realized i was saying the same thing. and some of you pm me multiple times about same thing or multiple things. so to make things easier on me:

1) if you asked for more details on something, my friend and i will drive up to berkeley tonight, pick up stuff, and drive it back down here to san jose so we can work on getting you the info you need. i'll pm asap unless i've already sent u a pm with info. hopefully no later than end of weekend.

2) i thought shipping cost would vary greatly, but it seems a lot of you are on east coast and i'm on west coast, so ups ground estimator tells me about 55$. i may have pm'ed u the same cost multiple times, or if you wanted more than 1 thing, i probably said something higher. but i forgot about insurance. we can sort out details later.

3) obviously there were a ton of pm about the dynakit amps and preamps. yes, they are fully assembled and lovingly used. afaik, everythign was working up until oh i would say late last year. (the friend passed away in feb this year.) when i verify the working condition and exact quantities of each, my friend has asked that i try to give priority to best offer, fcfs, AND if you'll take all units so we can cut down on shipping logistics. low res pics i found from my usb added to original post.

After reading terms of service with UPS, UPS itself does not guarantee insurance on anything over 100$. UPS allows applicable insurance company to guarantee packages declared up to $50K. I have no idea what that means. I have updated the original post with zipcode where packages will be shipped from. You can choose whichever carrier you prefer and/or options. If you do not specify, I am currently looking up the best deals in my area.

 

Ok, I believe I have respond to all pm now. The new system is a bit wacky in how it keeps records (it's quite messy putting things in multiple folders and seems to put most recent at top) so if I missed you, I'm sorry and please pm me again. Thanks!
