Clip+ Default Equalizer Settings

I've noticed that you can create your own equalizer preset by editing a .cfg file online through notepad, but can you make it automatically load up with certain equalizer settings?

Did you just answer your own question? A 'fixed' .cfg will use whatever is on it by default...

I understand that you can edit your own .cfg files; however, I want the rockboxed player to load up my specific edited .cfg file when I turn on my rockbox so I don't have to fiddle with the equalizer settings every time I turn my clip+ on.

If you create a config.cfg file with your eq and or other settings into the root of the .rockbox folder it will be loaded on boot up.

I do this to preload my ER4 settings.

You can also add your own custom eq presets to the eq folder.
