I'm seeing what you'll offer for a unique CKKIII:
+power supply and amp are in separate hammond cases, which of course gives you isolation. (both have had holes slightly smaller than dimes drilled into the top for ventilation, using some sort of bench machine - i.e. the holes are in a straight line and regularly sized.)
+all cables included upon request (power cords, RCA to RCA cable); has a 1/4" headphone jack.
-when I first got it (from another head-fier), it used to have a very slight hiss/hum sound - like, not audible during music, but faintly during pauses. I opened up the case to see what was up - basically just staring at the wires for a while and changing their position a tiny bit. I did no soldering or other operating inside. All I managed to figure out was that touching some of the wires leading to the headphone socket can make it hum really loud
But when I let it be, the problem basically went away and I lived with it.
So I don't know what your experience will be like. Perhaps I wasn't able to achieve a completely silent baseline because of the cans I used on it? (D2000, SA5000, A-T earbuds) Or maybe this really isn't a problem at all? I didn't bother looking for an answer, and I no longer care to.
I'm interested to see what people will offer for it and why. For the record, the parts alone were ~$130 last time I checked. It may take me a while to get pics up, if ever. My feedback is here. Thanks.
