What Monster IEMs should I get?

I'm looking to get a new pair of Monster turbines but I dont know which ones to get. I heard that the pros are pretty heavy so should I just buy a pair of Monster Turbines for school and active use? I'm planning on buying a pair of MTPG when I save up some money. SHould I buy the turbines first and then get the MTPG or go straight to the MTPG?

I'm using Shure SE420s right now but I find them bass shy so i'm looking for some phones that have bass. I mostly listen to hiphop/rnb.

go to the mtpg straight, no point lingering on low end iems when u have already set your mind to get a high end in the future. Well i have the MTPC and they are heavy on when holding it but when u put them in ur ears, they are comfortable and you don't really feel the iem.

Golds. If you are gonna be active, you might need the foam supertips. Maybe soundmatters12 can help out if you do get the Golds.

especially hiphop/rnb should I just buy golds? I heard the golds have a better bass.
Thanks

The golds are the bassiest of the three (coppers, golds, MD's). They are also surprisingly lighter than you would expect.

I agree with the other guys, go strait for the monster turbine pros. The golds are super heavy with bass, coming from the se420 it may well over wealm you. Ive been using the coppers with the white hybrid foam super tips on the last couple of days, compaired to the triple flange tips they dont isolate so well, but they do increase the bass a lot more than the triple flange ,so maybe you could concider the coppers also.

go straight for Monster Turbine Pros. They are the pros, and they will amaze you. I have only heard MD, so I can't comment on the rest. But it does sound good, with very tight bass, detailed, clear high, and a sweet mid that's kind of too aggressive for my liking. Even if you order the Monster Pros and they don't come with the Monster SuperTips, you can just email Monster and they will send you free of charge.

Monster Turbine Pro Copper!

I have the Pro Coppers and agree with those that said they feel heavy but really aren't. Once you have them in with a good seal you don't notice any sort of weight to them at all. If your looking for bass I would go Gold's for sure, The Coppers are usually said to be the more/most neutral of the group which does not appear to be what you are looking for. The Gold on the other hand have great, great bass but at the same time never bloated or boomy.
