Up for sale is a DT770/80 that I've had for about five years now, although for the last three or more they have been sitting in storage unused. The small wire that runs across the headband was damaged at one point and I haven't been able to use them since. If you jiggle the wire and hold it together at the right spot you will get sound through the right earcup, but as is sound only comes from the left side. The main thick wire itself with the plug on the end is perfectly fine as well as the drivers. They only had about 200-300 hours of use on them before the wire was damaged. Cosmetically they look like new with all the white paintfill intact on the sides.
I figured I would offer them up here to see if anyone was interested in taking them off my hands to make a project out of them. You can either replace the small wire or maybe even just turn them into a balanced pair with hardwiring to each driver. It's up to you. If I had any soldering experience I would have already made an attempt to fix them myself.
