Question about mp3's

Is their a way to convert low quality mp3's to high quality 320kpbs mp3s?

No, not a chance.
The audio data lost (thrown away) when encoding to MP3 can not be restored. At best they will be noticeable larger in size, but sound the same as the low bitrate source files.

Are you implying there is some way of doing it?

I mean, you can convert a low bitrate MP3 to a high bitrate MP3 - any number of programs can recode MP3s - you'll just end up with the same low quality MP3, just in a bigger file. But the OP did specify low quality to high-quality, which seems impossible to me.

only way is to rerip or if you have some kind of lossless file of it already somewhere
