WITHDRAWN: Peachtree Audio Nova w/ ESS Sabre DAC

Withdrawn.

I have an amateurish review posted here:
http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f7/rev...o-nova-478241/
Two head-fi members seem to prefer the DAC in this unit (The ESS Sabre24 ES9006 24-bit DAC) to the more expensive Electrocompaniet ECD-1. I am not surprised.

This unit also has a fantastic headphone amplifier built-in, and a very formidable speaker amplifier that outputs 80 watts per channel. It is loaded with features and inputs, and is well-equipped to be the Swiss Army centerpiece of any home theater setup. It will easily fulfill the roles of preamplifier, DAC, and integrated amplifier. I loved it with my JH13s and HF-2s, and you will, too.

Comes with the original box and documentation, power cord, the remote and included batteries. This is exactly what you get when purchasing this brand new (RRP is $1200), which this basically is anyway.

I am selling because I will be (unexpectedly) moving to Honk Kong this coming fall, and right now I cannot afford to keep it both in terms of money and in terms of space.

Thanks for looking.

Bump.

This weekend is the last weekend I'm going to be in Manhattan. In light of this, I am willing to sell it for $920 local pick-up for this weekend only (5/7-5/9).

Leaving the city in 6 hours and packing my stuff. If you can pick it up before then, I'm willing to let it go for $800. Again, pick-up only in the next 6 hours.

I can't imagine there being a way to get this unit in this condition at this price, ever.

Still available?

I've built a stereo system around it, but I'll still consider letting it go at the asking prices in post #1.

Would you ship to Europe? If so, I'm interested :)

Yup, international sales will be $976US + actual shipping fees calculated by buyer (using buyer's method of choice). The package is 33 pounds total and is shipping from Edison, NJ 08820 for any calculation purposes. I can use USPS, UPS, Fedex. Because of the weight I have not found an economical way to ship it so I have to leave it to the buyer.

For reference I believe a new Nova retails in Europe for 1300 Euro before shipping.
