Music Like Atreyu And Avenged Sevenfold

Recommend me a band that has a VERY similar sound to Atreyu or Avenged Sevenfold.

the only thing that comes to mind would be Black Tide, their song "shockwave" could totally have been on an avenged sevenfold album.

All That Remains - The Fall of Ideals*

I would recommend trying to move beyond melodic metalcore, to put it lightly I find it kind of shallow.

Not that I don't love protest and all that remains, cause I do( and it's ideals not ideas), but neither of those bands sounds similar to avenged sevenfold

And I'm pretty sure you just made up a genre, melodic metalcore?? lol and I hope you aren't trying to call avenged sevenfold said genre

It's used to describe bands who mix certain aspects of Melodeath with modern "post-hardcore"/rock. It's also called Nu-Metalcore in other circles.
