Audio/Headfi stores in Beijing and Shanghai?

Hey all,

I'll be visiting China and popping into Beijing and Shanghai among other places.

Anyone know if there are good stores in these two cities to check out all the Chinese-made gear?

I have no clue but I sure envy you getting to go there. Wish I could get in your suitcase and tag along. LOL

I'm back in Beijing for a couple of days in Mid-May and Shanghai on Mid-June.

Funny thing is that I see lots of Western brands such as AKG, AT and Philips here. No sign of any local product that HFers love to rave about (Hifi Man, etc).

 

Found an address for a place that stocks Grados and some Chinese portable amps and NOS dacs (Teradak) in Bejing. Might check it out.
