I just recieved these today and need to sell my extra sets. These are brand new Monster Cable Turbine Pro Copper's and Tributes purchased from an authorized dealer and come with the limited lifetime warranty. The warranty also includes a one time replacement from accidental damage excluding obvious negligent use. I purchased a total of six (three of each) and am keeping a pair of each for myself. Originally, I planned on giving a pair of each to family member but they don't want them so I am forced to sell. I have two Tributes and two Coppers for sale that are brand new, shrink-wrapped, and again bought from an authorized dealer so they come with the lifetime warranty. I am starting the Tributes at 385 CONUS including shipping and the Coppers for 350 CONUS including shipping. I actually own the Gold's too and I must say all of the Pros are by far my favorite universal fit IEMs. In my opinion, all the Pro's best the IE8 in every aspect aside from possibly soundstage.
