Decent review, although for a self-proclaimed "bona fide golden ear type" the author sure didn't go into much detail about the sound characteristics.

I also didn't understand his comment: "It headphones needs less power to play loudly, so your player will play longer before the battery runs out of juice." Not sure if it was a typo, or if he was trying to make a point about sensitivity rating ... ?

Heh, yeah I noticed that quote also. Looks like a typo indeed.
