Replacing the AD700 Grills

Help!

I've damaged one of the grills on the AD700 to the point where I need to replace it. Does anyone have any ideas? Should I try to make my own grill or is there some place where I can find replacements?

I've been pondering making my own, but don't know if it is possible to get the same "bowl" shape from a flat piece of aluminum mesh. I don't know enough about metal shaping to know whether something like that is possible. Does the manufacturer attain the bowl shape from the casting process?

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this discussion, but please help, because I would like to use my AD700s again!

You could consider something like these I think it looks very cool, but it could be time consuming to produce them, so if that's a factor I think it should be possible to buy some replacements.

Yup, those woodys look very cool, but I am definitely not a skilled craftsman. I stumbled upon some modeling mesh online that might be able to do the job? I tried emailing the AD parts department but the guy said they don't have any grills. I don't know where else to look!
