FOR SALE
I put together this rack of mid-fi desktop amps to take to meets, but for one, there was not enough interest in these when there is so much high end gear around and quite frankly, saving for my JH13's hasn't been as easy as I thought so I could use the money for that.
I post here a couple of picks with the amps on the rack with thier plexiglass covers. They will ship with thier hard covers as well and appropriate cabling.




AUDIO GD COMPASS w/ Moon OPA       SOLD !!!

 

Approx. 4 months old and in pristine/like new condition. This is one of the very last Compasses made before the "Fun" was released. ( I ordered it from Audio GD's stock just days before the "Fun" was released.)

ZERO DAC/AMP (Earth OPA) USD 160.00 (shipped CONUS)
I bought this amp off of Head-Fi about 3 months ago. excelent condition. I'm not sure how many previous owners.

MAVERICK TUBE MAJIC D-1 SOLD
This is the newest of the three. I bought this new from MAV just before the last Seattle/Stumptown meet in March. Pristine/like new condition. I have installed a "stubby" Tung Sol tube which I like over the stock Chinses tube for smoothness and I have a couple other tubes which are included as well ( I have no other use for them and they don't sell well seperately)

International shipping is availlable for these as well but buyer must foot the extra cost. and will be resposible for any import tariffs into thier country.

As with anything in life prices are negotiable. I will answer all PM's at least daily but have been working alot of overtime lately, so please be patient.

how well would this drive various headphones?

for example the dt-770 pro 80 ohm which im thinking of picking up for fun. and just out of curiosity how well would it drive the 250 or 600 ohm version? i cant seem to find a straight up " blah mW at blah Ohms" anywhere haha

I only have low impedence cans,that generaly run at about 20-30% volume. but the Compass and Zero are both well capable of driving at least 300 ohm cans such as Senns or Beyers. The Compass is a bit more powerful than the Zero (25-50%)

Compass and Maverick are gone to new homes, so the only amp left is the Zero.

Are the plexiglass covers latched or screwed on in anyway? The pics seem like they are just laying on top unattached?
