I'm trying to get a replacement for Q15 and Q16. I can find the IRFZ34, but not the IRF9Z34. Would that work, or do I need the IRF9Z34?

No, it won't The one you need is a P channel mosfet. The IRFZ34 is a N channel mosfet.
I can spare you a few ( up to 4 ) of the 9Z34s for 5$ plus shipping. Though EU shipping is going to be a problem right now.

Doh, of course, I forgot that. Thanks for the offer, but I can order it here in Sweden, I just couldn't find it in stock at my closest store.
