Ipod Video 60GB problem.

I am getting 2 Ipod videos in 2 days. Both 60GB, of wich one has a defect. This defect is that it sometimes turns off itself.

I am now searching the internet about this problem. But with no result. Would any of you know what the problem could be?

Maybe, a corupted file (song or video).
Have you notice if it' s always on the same track or video ?
are ipod new or refurbished ?

The Ipod is used and I get it thursday. The owner told me that he uses it and then it suddenly turns off. He said sometimes it lasted 4 hours sometimes 1 hour. He also said he always tried it with full battery

Try to make a restoration of the ipod with itunes, maybe it's an hard drive trouble.
