WTB: Non-stock cable for Ultimate Ears

Basically, I want something that's not too expensive after shipping to UK, and has a slider.

I had Westone UM1 and the cable was great and durable - so Westone ES would be lovely. If possible/applicable, could you file/cut the pins for me?
Likewise Ultimate Ears custom cable.

My stock TripleFi 10vi cable isn't very good and the non-mic version has poor feedback...
