For sale is a bass light pair of R10s (#764) which I have owned for about 3 years. I purchased them from another head-fier and they are in the same condition as when I got them, which is not great. They have gotten very little head time since I prefer the bass heavy version. The phones are recabled with a 10’ Moon Audio Balanced Black Dragon cable.
The pictures will show that there are quite a few imperfections and the leather is faded on both the pads and headband. I have tried to show all of the problem areas so there are no surprises.
As to sound, I would say that these are quite bass light. You would not want them for rock, pop, electronic, etc. But, for classical and female vocals they are still quite excellent. The R10s really do something special in these areas, unlike any other phones I have heard.
