Included: I have swapped out the original op-amp to a much better LT1364 opamp. I will also provide the original manufacturer's opamp, and an additional LT1364 opamp($22). A pair of Western Electric 408A gold pins($30), and the original chinese tubes. RCA to 3.5mm cable, and additional jumpers.
These are 220V amps. You can easily get transformers on ebay.
