I have a used, but not abused iPod Video 30gb. It has been in a case and had a screen protector on it for almost all of its use. Minor wear marks on the front and back of the unit, but cannot be seen with a case on it. Also has engraving on the back which I can scratch out prior to shipping. In the interest of full disclosure, I estimate the battery had between 45-55% life left in it. I ran a test a few months back and it got around 7.5 hours of battery life.
