the standing joke around here is that 'UPS is pronounced 'oops!''.

i remember someone once actually got a few of the stops his ups mail innovations package made after the USPS got it

UPS took it to Indianapolis... he lives a few miles outside of Indianapolis

the USPS sent his package all over Indiana plus one stop in Louisville KY before it ended up at his house about 2 weeks after UPS handed it over to the USPS

even USPS Media Mail is faster than that

This shipper is a NIGHTMARE!  The tracking mechanism sucks and the customer service phone number gets you a message that indicates the call volume is so large they don't have time to take your call...small wonder they are that busy.  My delivery has supposedly been sitting in a post office a 1 hour drive away from the destination for SIX DAYS...still haven't received it and it's 6:45 p.m.  This package was shipped 2 weeks ago from NJ...finally made it to MO after 6 days...took 2 more days to get to IA...where it has been sitting in a post office an hour's drive away for 6 days...POS shipper.
