SOLD: Gilmore Dynamic

Thread Starter
This is a Gilmore V1 PCB in a clear (silver) Hammond 1455N1601 chassis which I used with an Elpac WM071-1950-D5 power supply. The PCB is labeled "DYNAMIC CLASS A HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER" and "by Kevin Gilmore / board by Justin Wilson". The two headers and matching connectors have gold-plated pins and sockets.

The PCB has matched Toshiba 2SJ109BL and 2SK389BL FETs. The volume control is a black metal-body Noble AP25 50K potentiometer (30 detent positions) which I bought NOS. The headphone jack is a Neutrik NJ3FP6C (the locking feature has been disabled). The input jacks are Cardas CTFA. I can supply with a silver or black Alco knob.

Price is $200 without a power supply. I can include an Elpac for $25 additional. This includes packing and shipping and PayPal fees. International shipping extra, of course. Thanks for your interest.

OK, what's the problem with this listing. This is one of the best amps I've heard. Please comment.

I guess people are busy looking at the FOTM products.. :S

I think people are scared by the lack of a power supply. This really is a steal.

I assume the psu has to feed it DC power, do you know what the specs are? I would be interested in buying, if I can find or build a psu for it (EU, so the elpack wont cut it for me). Is this the "dynalo" design btw? I've looked around but all i see are dynahis and dynalos and gilmore lites, not a lot about gilmore dynamic.

This isn't a real gilmore dynamic, which was a headamp product. Instead, it's a dynalo built on Justin's gilmore v1 boards. G-lites are also dynalos, btw.
