The Compact Dual Driver Headphone of the Gods! Phiaton PS 320

Okay, Okay, maybe I'm a little biased but really though!

The PS 320 Primal Series compact headphones feature Coaxial Dual Drivers w/ built in passive crossover. Such warm mids and highs accompanied by a balanced low frequency reproduction makes this set well rounded for almost any genre of music.

(side note, the Ella Fitzgerald station on last.fm is awesome)

It's time we spread the word that for the price we truly feel these could be the best sounding headphones available.

I want to know what you think though. If you are an honest reviewer who wants to give these a try feel free to send me a PM. Since review units are in limited quantity I'll be accepting reviewers who display technical knowledge and understanding of headphones as well as provide samples of past in depth reviews.

Unless you have testimony from a God who owns this headphone, does that thread title not, because you are a sponsor, constitute false advertsing rather than joe bloggs hyperbole?

Idle and late-night bored pedantry aside though, I'll review these if you're fishing for people to give them a go.

go ahead duggeh id love to hear a review before buying

Would love to give them a try, I'v been looking for other multi-element dynamic 'phones. It would seem that these are one of only two on the market right now, the other being the Koss KDE/250's

After reconsideration I've had to declare my reviewing ill-apt at this time. I look forward to giving these a go at canjam.

I sent a PM last Thursday. I'd at least like a response, haha.

Hi Ishcabible,

Due to the large amount of requests we get on a daily basis not everyone will receive replies. Though please be assured that your request has been reviewed. If the marketing dept. feels it's a fit they will be in contact.

Thank you very much for your interest!

Oh, sorry! And thanks. Hope I didn't come across negatively. Just really itching to review something after a hiatus.

No worries!! We really do appreciate the interest though

So, uh...any progress on the reviews? To be honest, I didn't care much for multiple dynamic drivers before, but after reading "shigzeo's" impressions on the Radius HP-TWF11R, a dual dynamic driver IEM, I can't help but be interested.

There are plenty of dual driver headphones. Not really any in production though, not counting the SC ones. AKG made 4--I think there are a few more. K270 (Studio, Playback), K280, K290. They've all gained decent reviews for their time. And Tiemen loved his K270Ps and made a review somewhere saying they're like a closed Grado. Haven't seen one for sale as of late though. And lest we forget Duggeh's 14 (12?) driver monsters angry

Are we sure the AKG's mentioned have 2 speakers, or do you mean duofoil diaphragms or similar? Skull Candy Skullcrushers are not truly dual dynamic headphones, they have a transducer, the equivalent of the motor vibrations you feel in a game controller, and as such, fail in the sound department. I have the Koss KDE/250's, the first I have seen of a dual dynamic earphone and they are pretty close to an IEM, maybe a little bigger than the TWFr.

And sorry for the off topicness.

I stand corrected. Interesting speaker configuration, both offset midsize drivers, wonder how they compare to the coaxial drivers of the Phiaton 320 sound wise?
