I am putting up the Heed CanAmp for sale which I bought from an authorized dealer, here in NYC back in the Fall of 2007. Within 1 month of having bought the CanAmp, I fetched a Naim Headline with PS from Audiogon.
Therefore, the CanAmp has been sparingly used since its purchase.
After almost 2 1/2 of keeping it, it makes simply no sense of keeping such great unit from someone who would use it more properly.
I have used an AKG-701 since its purchase.
In comparison to the Headline at 2x+ of its price, the Heed has nothing to be embarrased sonically.
The condition of the CanAmp is almost pristine but I will refrain from exaggeration as people will always find something wrong, a scratch here or there. I say, it is solidly on the Audiogon scale of 8/10, with the volume knob showing some scratches, eventhough things have been cleaned with microfiber cloth. Still, the face is shiny.
Functionally it is 10/10.
I am asking for $275+shipping. For sale only to people in the Continental United States. Shipping should not be more than $15-20, but I will need to find out.
