Messed Up Zune headphone jack

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum but I'm not really sure of what solution I'm looking for so i didn't know where to put it. I've had my zune for 4-5 years and recently have had issues with the headphone jack where i need to keep rotating the headphones and pressing them in to get clear audio. Im almost positive it is the jack itself unless I have two bad pairs of headphones. I was wondering if there is anything I can get like some kind of cable that will lock into the jack better to get better audio or some other way to help the situation? Thanks in advance for any help.

As I own two zune with both the screen borken, we could exchange and the problem is gone, working motherboard (nicely soldered output jack) and working screen.
