For no other reason than my wife just bought a samsung mobile phone, and I'm rather taken by it, and the fact that I do need a new MP3 player for work, I'm looking at the samsung range for the MP3 replacement. there are rather attractive deals on Ebay at the moment such as P2s for $ 80-90,K3s at $35 and S3s at $52.
Reviews on all seem complimentary so this is just a open question on whether the P2s are worth the extral money. Headphones will likely be Sennheiser PX100s that I've used before but there could be the odd time that I use Audio technica AD900s, in which case I'd need a player that can drive comfortably full sized cans. Even more odd, there could also be times that I'd want to integrate the player into my home stereo setup, possibly driving a power amp direct, in which case I'd need a it to have a variable line out. Do any of the listed models have this feature?
Finally, can anyone offer an opinion of how good the K3s are in comparison to the other two - they are at a cheap price and i can disregard the bells and whistles if they come close in sound terms. Exotic features such as bluetooth are of little interest, I'm more interested in sound quality and ease of use as i move around at work.
