Audio and Video Recording

Hello,

I have stumbled upon such a question:
At the moment I have Logitech (C300) web camera, which software is not difficult to use, but it has some limitations, so there is my problem:

I am doing some research, and I am looking for software, that can record audio and video at the same time, but there is a catch:

I need to set audio to be recorded at:
11025 Hz sampling rate;
16 bit quantization level;
1 -channel.

And for video:
24RGB 640x480;

It would be marvelous if someone could recommend software to solve this problem.

Thank you !

EDIT
Just find out, that Sony Vegas does exactly what I need

Is your audio source seperate from the camera? Are you trying to do soundtracks with a video? Please elaborate

Thank you tjohnusa for inquiry.

Web camera itself has microphone, so I do need another analog input.

You are absolutely right, I am trying to capture audio and video simultaneously.
The problem is that Logitech software do not provide many audio properties for recording. I Sampling rate can be only 16 kHz, 32kHz and 48 kHz.

P.S. Recording video with Sony Capture Video, it appears that sound is out of sync.

EDIT

I just have found out that there is such tiny program - Virtualdub, which is absolutely amazing: variety of properties for audio and video capture and many others.
No more sync problem
