if you think about it, the double down is not that much worst than a regular chicken sandwich.

Take a regular chicken sandwich, remove the buns, and replace that with a piece of chicken. There you go. The piece of chicken actually has less calories than the two pieces of bread, and more tasty.

On the other hand, that makes you REALLY think about how unhealthy a regular chicken sandwich actually is.

My wife and I got Double Downs for lunch yesterday

Honestly, this is some of the better fast food out there! It weighed about twice as much as a Big Mac, but unlike the McDonalds sandwich, the KFC offering did not sit heavy in my stomach - somehow, it was surprisingly light!

The sauce is seasoned well, the chicken far crisper than any other fried chicken sandwich out there. The bacon coulda been thicker, but it was full flavored and definitely had a spotlight presence.

Honestly, this thing is pretty good - much more so than youd EVER imagine, thats for sure. Would I ever get it again? Hell no! I'm sure this thing already increased my blood pressure by 5 units

disclaimer: all "this is good" statements should be understood as RELATIVE to the fast food scene as a whole. compared to anything else, this sandwich is crap

If that "fi" is created i will not support it due to self assassination.

I wouldn't call $7.99 of the NYT's money and lunch at KFC a hard day's work, would you? What is there to doubt? Plenty of people dislike the taste of fast food.

Ah..true that I was comparing it to decent food which was a mistake on my part. If it is comparing it to other fast foods like burger king, mcdonalds, etc which I haven't had often in the last couple years but I would say this sandwich is good. The surprise of this sandwich was the chicken. It was a bit thicker than I expected. The best part was that it filled me up which is something those meals from other fast food places cannot do. However compared to any kind of food that is decent it obviously can't hold a candle to it.
