Upcoming: Hockey Playoffs - Page 24

Wow another shutout; great job Flyers.  I'm guessing Halak starts and uses home ice to get his confidence back and a win for Montreal in game 3 wouldn't surprise me at all.  Then again it's been a surprising playoff year so far; anything can happen.

It is sort of looking like a Chicago Philadelphia Finals might be in the offing. It does look like the Flyers have the Habs number. I'm really looking forward to Thursdays game.

I could live with that matchup.  Two teams on fire, hustling for the puck.  Probably won't see much crisp passing and play development in a final like that as much as random turnovers with superb goaltending being the deciding factor.  Blackhawks are looking very good heading off to home ice.

No hockey tonight

Grrr I hate them Flyers.

Good game; you probably would have enjoyed it.  Bhawks are playing like they want it bad.  C'mon Flyers you know you want to play them in the championships.

Indeed, considering they won in OT. I might have to watch the rerun later tonight. Blackhawks vs Flyers. I can smell it. :p

The OT was intense.  Great heads up play by Bolland to pass it out to an untouched Big Byff skating B-line towards Nabakov.  The Sharks had many changes to take the lead at the end of the 3rd but Niemi was the difference.  He played out of his mind and did everything he needed to do.  The Hawks are looking real good especially with a 3-0 lead.  But nothing has been safe so the Hawks need to keep the pressure up.

Go Montreal Go!

Goalie is our Halak  Finals with Halak and Hossa would be great.

Another shutout for Philly. Three of four.

Yeah, three shutouts by multiple points at this level is pretty damn impressive.

Leighton is on an impressive streak.  Since Boucher went down, the back up has been an upgrade between the pipes.  Is this going to be one of those years where the hot goalie steals the cup?!

But now, Montreal is in their favorite position, down 3-1 in the series, can they make a run again?  haha  I'd like to say no, but they've proved everyone wrong so far going down 3-1 against the Caps and Pens.
