I don't understand why you don't under decalre any goods.

From Us to UK 215 dollars worth goods will be charged aroudn 50 dollars customs duties no mention for the additional postage. I don't really think there's any justifications for this.

I do not under declare goods due to the fact that insurance is tied to declared value.  The only situation in which I would under declare goods is if the buyer agrees that if the package is lost/damaged that he will not go after a Paypal dispute to recoup funds.  Given that most people would be unwilling to do this and given that it is rather unenforceable, I do not as a rule under declare goods.
