Hi,I'm selling a brand new DSI XL charcoal system w/ Acekard 2i w/8gb stick. Everything is brand new with original boxes,no scratches of any kind. If you don't know what the Acecard 2i does read this review or you can PM me.

I don't want to accuse what you are selling here, but it is
illegal to sell Acekard 2i (AKA. R4 cards) in the US due to the
violate of copyright.

Im not sure but i think he the ak2i is for homebrew applications witch i think is legal.

Did u guys never seen the news?
Nintendo won many times against
retailers who sell R4 in the all over the world including
in the States.
Selling MOD chips and R4 cards are illigal
as long as they can boot game ROMs.
That is the reason even why eBay doesn't
allow people to sell R4 and MOD chips.(They don't
want to involve into the trouble against Nintendo)
But to own R4 cards and MOD chips are not illigal(funny law).

It is illegal but so is rockboxing ur ipod witch people do here all the time, so I dont think we need to judge :P
