Klipsch S4 experience

I purchased these, and had such a hard time sealing them, that I was going to return them... Terrible Bass, Terrible range.

I committed to the burn-in process, and used the largest tips in the package and now I get a seal if I shove them WAY IN, and the sound is amazing...

The best sound I've heard from a pair of in-ears, period.

Question: I need more tip options because none of the supplied tips fit me very well... I HAVE to wear them upside down to get a seal. I want to get a seal from wearing them normally.

Where can I get a set of tips? Can Klipsch send me some more tips? Perhaps larger ones?

I don't understand why, because with every other set of in-ears, I use the Medium size in their kits.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm in the US btw:P

I'm sure you can find third-party alternatives that fit. Ask about them if you have an audio store around your area.

I don't and I don't know the sizes or anything.

I've heard some people really liking the Sony Hybrids or the Comply T-100 or TX-100 with their S4. Maybe these tips will help you get a better seal.

Thanks so much, I'll check these out asap

Sorry, it seems the Sony Hybrids are too big to fit on the S4 nozzle. The Comply should be good though. Also the Shure olives (black foam sleeves) are very comfortable with the S4. However, they fit on very snugly so taking the tips off the nozzle may be a slight problem.

Second what wildfire070 posted. The Comply tips should be a good option for you. I just ordered a set of the Tx-100's yesterday. They should arrive shortly.

p.s. I realize this is a slightly old thread so this may not be relevant.

I loved mine with the Shure Olives..  They tamed a touch of the highs, but the comfort and seal were terrific. Also, they are meant to be worn in your canal, not in your ear.  Just thought I'd mention that.  I actually preferred mine upside down so I could wear the cables over my ears.

Personally, for the price I paid for these I think they are ok. As of now I am looking to upgrade. I have had these for about 8 months and my big complaint with these is that the "stem" as I will call it where the wire connects to the earphone is splitting... Definitely looking for something that fits over my ear and is more durable.
