I have purchased them 12 months ago, but since I was using mostly my iPhone, they rarely got used. As you can see from the pictures, it is cosmetically near perfect. Both faceplates, click wheel are flawless, only a few minor scuffs at the edge of the dock connector that are barely visible. I have tested the battery and it provided about 25 hours of continuous audio playback. Functions perfectly, updated to latest firmware. It comes in its original box with new Apple earbuds and USB-dock connectors, plus manual.
I'm asking $150 with a Paypal gift option including CONUS shipping.
