Kleer Reciever

Thread Starter
I am very intrigued by the W1 and SA1 and SA6. I love the idea of ditching bluetooth and going kleer. However, what I'm really after is just a general kleer transmitter (which the W1 has) and a receiver (that i can connect to whatever i like, such as DJ styled headphones that have a detachable cable, car stereo, home amplifier etc).
Now i have been in touch with Sleek Audio and they believe the W1 reciever should od an ok job of this except i would need some kind of custom built adapter to connect to the points at which the earbuds connect.

1) does anyone believe that would be an easy cost effective task? How would it be done? Could it be done?

2) If not, does anyone know of a kleer reciever that isnt engineered for headphones like Sleek Audio's?

Cheers,

Bruce

Of course it can be done.

Yes it can be done, but you have to be handy with a soldering iron witch i`m not, so maybe sennheiser can make an adapter that fits the ie8 that allready have removable cables or they can make the ie-w1. Think thats about time since the mx-w1 has been out quite a while now. Sleek adapters had been nice too if they dident have the wire behind the neck. just my 2 cents.
