Congrats Welly, keep up the good work! You're almost at the 1-year anniversary!

congratulations, and keep it up! I hit the one-year mark myself last month, and while it felt great to know the milestone was passing, it was actually fantastic not geting fazed by it, just feeling like it was any other day. Yeah, I get a craving every now and again, but those moments are so fleeting and few and far between that it's nothing. I love it.

Big ups to your will power, and to your lungs too!

Way to go Welly Wu.

When I had tried to quit, I always eventually let some event in my life convince me that I needed to smoke again. I did that 3 or 4 times, sometimes going a month or more and then gradually falling back into it. Then one day it dawned on me that I couldn't quit, and that was all it took to gather my determination. I remember tossing the pack I had on me out the window and I've never smoked another cigarette since - That was about 25 years ago.
We are all challenged throughout our lives and everyone deals with it in their own way. Sorta like that saying "whatever doen't kill you makes you stronger".

Stay strong.

Congratulations man, this is the smarter decision you have made in your life, better than any audio or headphone choise. I quit about 20 years ago. My dad passed away of emphysema, and believe me, it is not a nice way to die at all....

Good on ya', Wu! I've got a lot of respect for ya', and am glad you've shared your experiences with others.

Now go order something with the $400 you've saved.
