I have a 4th gen ipod and an iphone 3gs, so I am not using this anymore. It comes with the usb cable, player and software. I don't have the headphones anymore, but you aren't missing much by not having them. I would like to get $100 for this, but if that is unreasonable than feel free to make me an offer.
