FS: GS1000 w/ Moon Audio 5' Silver Dragon split mod

I have a pair of the spectacular Grado GS 1000 headphones - considered by many to be superior to the GS1000i - with a hardwired 5 foot Silver Dragon headphone cable.

I'm asking $850 for these outstanding cans. I have the original Grado "pizza box" packaging. The 'phones are in like new condition - they just don't quite fit me as well as most others report so my use has been limited on them. Original retail price was $1200.

The 5' cable provides ample length, but if necessary I could sell my 9' Silver Dragon headphone extension cable with a Nuetrik female locking jack to 1/4" male plug.

These are awesome headphones and you will love them.

Not interested in trading for the ALO RX now that the MKII version is on its way. I do have several RSA amps (Tomahawk, Predator, Shadow) all in great shape and would definitely sell/include one of the to make a deal happen. I'm very willing to negotiate, but I want new cans so I'm looking to come away with some cash.

GS1000s are great at all volumes, easy to drive, just a little big on my small head. People tell me the GS1000i wasn't an upgrade - I haven't heard it so I can't confirm that, but fans definitely love the recabled SD GS1000s!

This is a goldmine - all Moon Audio genuine Silver Dragon, lots of cables and options. I'm not thrilled to be parting with this stuff but I'm realistic and reasonable.
