post #16 of 18
Another question to users;

My computer seems almost full. Can I convert a few albums at a time and copy to the hifiman? Then delete whats on my computer so I can burn and copy somemore.

My wife and Car need Apple

Chesky , sterophile and mobile fidelity make various test discs. There is a track specificly for burn in. It is a sweeping tone meaning it goes up and down the frequency range. It is only 3 minues or so. So no big deal on the hard drive just chose burn-in song and repeat.

Yeah, that should work just fine.
Rip a few CDs to your favorite audio codec. Transfer to the HiFiMAN and clean up on the computer. Repeat as many times as needed.

You may even be able to rip CDs with output set directly to the HiFiMAN.
