Canare Mini Starquad (L-4E5C) for RCA's?

Simple question, would they be suitable for RCA's, or should I go with the standard, larger 6S version?

They will be used to construct ~20ft RCA's for a car installation, where once installed, they will not be moving. Obviously, it wouldn't matter what size I go with in this case, but I'd also like to use the wire for some headphone recables down the line, and I figure if I can nail 2 birds with one stone, why not? Since I prefer the smaller 5C version over the full size for recables, I'm thinking a should jsut get ~100 feet of the mini quad and use it for both, my RCA's and headphones. Any opinions?

There should be no problem using the smaller gauge for rcas.

No problem at all. There are also theories that smaller gauge wires are better for sound quality. But then there are also theories that bigger gauge wires is better.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up guys. Now if I can find a bulk lot of RCA's that are cheap and look nice...
