Hi, after realizing that the Portaphile V2^2 is neigh on impossible to get a hold of, and perhaps also after reading more reviews, I'm setting my sights on the
Ray Samuels Emmeline p-51.
I'd like a unit that's well cared for, and preferably a unit from someone who's willing to ship to Europe. Shipping to a friend of mine in the US is also possible, though not preferred.
Price is not my primary reason for posting this add; I'd rather pay the price of a new unit for a well-cared for, used and burned-in unit, than undertaking the burn-in process myself. I'm *very* new to this "portable amp"-scene, and I'm afraid I'd lack the patience to proper burn-in a new unit.
Also, should anyone come forward with a P-51 unit for sale, I'll entertain offers on a good quality LOD as well.
