Tech probs with site - Is there a forum?

I've looked, but can't seem to find a forum at Head-Fi for discussing forum issues or technical problems. Am I just missing it, or does one not exist?

I've got some probs with my login timing out very quickly even wit the "remember me" box checked when I login.

Any help is appreciated.

It does not exist, so you have not missed it.
As for your problem, try cleaning out all your Head-Fi related cookies then log back in.

1. Clearing all of your cookies (manually delete from the folder, rather than using the browser option), and then re-logging in is a very good idea.

Also,
2. Verify the "Remember me" checkbox is checked. (I'm sure you did this already, but...)
3. Verify that your browser settings are set to enable cookies
4. Check to see if your "Temporary Internet Files" space allocation has not reached its limit. If so, clear the folder and start fresh.

Thanks, krmathis and jpelg. I've done what you suggested, and we'll see if that solves the issue.
